Fourth Quarter 2024 FFO, Core FFO and AFFO were $0.82/share. Core FFO guidance for 2025 was announced with an estimated range of $3.33-$3.38/share. 2024 occupancy was 98.5%. $565.4 million was invested in real estate, including 75 properties.
