Health Benefits
Healthcare coverage for employees and dependents consists of two distinct medical plans with an HSA or FSA option, vision and dental.
Company paid benefits include, short and long-term disability, life insurance, long term care, AD&D, and an employee assistance program. Supplemental benefits are also available.
Additional perks include a paid time off benefit of up to 3 weeks in your first year and 11 paid holidays.
Remote Work Policy & Flexible Hours
NNN REIT’s core hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are committed to a work-life balance and offer associates the option of setting an 8-hour work day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Our Remote Work Policy allows associates to work from a location other than NNN REIT’s corporate offices. The benefits to associates include:

- greater flexibility
- less time commuting
- reduced carbon footprint as a result of less commuting
The goal of the Remote Work Policy is to increase eligible associates’ work-life balance and to make NNN REIT an employer of choice in our industry and in the greater Central Florida community.
Parental Leave
NNN has always nurtured a family culture. As part of our goal to have all associates maintain a healthy work-life balance, we offer a Parental Leave Policy that allows parents with a newly born or adopted child to receive 100% of their regular pay for up to four weeks. Full details of the policy are outlined here. This policy has resulted in a 100% return-to-work rate for all participants.
Financial Benefits
Our financial programs include a 401(k) plan with a 75% employer match on the first 4% of employee contributions and a 50% employer match on the next 5% of employee contributions, a college savings plan, an educational assistance program, an adoption benefit, and a flexible spending or health savings account, which may be used for health or dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Transparency in Coverage
This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
