As described by our associates, the NNN REIT culture is professional yet family-oriented with an approachable management team. We value trustworthiness, teamwork, quality, long-term perspective and social responsibility.
Employee Engagement Survey
The heart and soul of NNN REIT is its people. They are the ones who maintain the culture and “walk the talk.” Working with a third party, we launched a confidential Employee Engagement Survey providing associates an opportunity to share thoughts and offer meaningful feedback. We sought associate opinions in nine categories: team dynamics; future outlook; trust in leadership; manager effectiveness; engagement outcomes; diversity and inclusion; individual needs; communication and resources; career growth and development. In every category, NNN REIT scored above the industry benchmarks. With 90% participation, we received valuable input from all areas of the company. We have created a task force to explore actionable strategies and next steps. We intend to solicit associate input on a wide array of employee-centric matters annually.

NNN REIT is not a bureaucratic company, rather a fluid organization. When decisions need to be made or questions answered, you can simply and directly speak within your team and achieve a resolution.”

“The company is business-like, yet comfortable. We are a sizeable organization with more than $8.5 billion in assets, but still have a small company feel internally. We are a very cohesive group of people who have developed relationships that are based on respect and caring, no matter what your position is in the company.”
